NEWS FLASH

Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport will welcome an Airbus A350-900 jet later today. A chartered Lufthansa flight, carrying the Bayern Munich football club from the Bavarian capital, is scheduled to land in Belgrade at 14.00 CET. The team will take on the Red Star Belgrade football club in the UEFA Champions League in the Serbian capital on Tuesday evening. A350 operations have been rare in the former Yugoslavia. The type visited Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport in 2014 during its certification process in order to review landing procedures on a wet runway. In 2016, the A350 operated a training flight for Airbus from Toulouse to Pula. Last year, a Thai Airways A350-900 flying between Bangkok and Milan diverted to Belgrade over a medical emergency on board.

Also quite a few increases today:

    12.35 MUC LH A321
    13.05 FRA LH A320
    14.15 VIE OS A320
    16.30 MUC LH A320

It is amazing that in the slowest month in the year after February LH sends so often A321 from FRA.

      Congratulations!

A few days ago both flights from FRA were on the A321! I hope they add a third daily from FRA in summer. An early morning departure to BEG would be really beautiful.

Agree, although I would prefer the flight around 15.00h as Jat Airways had in the past

      JU351 FRA-BEG 14:50 - 16:40h

but it probably won't happen as it would mean that LH would have to fly

      BEG-FRA 17.30 - 19.20h

and it might be too late arrival to FRA for them as many passengers would not be able to catch connecting flights, but it would be ideal for P2P passengers.

At this moment there are no direct flights BEG-FRA with LH after 14.00h

I think that's why LX has an evening departure from BEG. Actually this summer flights to ZRH will be nicely spread out.

      BEG-ZRH

      07.20 JU
      09.20 LX
      12.40 JU
      14.40 LX
      18.05 JU
      19.55 LX

      ZRH-BEG

      06.55 LX
      09.55 JU
      12.20 LX
      15.20 JU
      17.25 LX
      20.45 JU

Wow that's pretty impressive for BEG ZRH actually. I guess it helps both airlines offer connections on both ends.

      Really impressive.

It would be good to have so many daily connections with LH and JU to FRA

For the time being we have next SUTT only

      FRA-BEG
      11:25 - 13:15 LH
      20:20 - 22:10 JU
      21:30 - 23:20 LH

      BEG-FRA
      06:00- 07:55 LH
      14:00 - 15:55 LH
      17:30 - 19:35 JU

The massive cabin is exactly why A380 is NOT great. It feels like a football stadium.

I think in pax experience and comfort u are right, its also 15 years younger than 7773. In terms of weight performance, we in cargo love the 7773. Just amazing how much it loads.
