airBaltic to launch new Croatia flights

NEWS FLASH


airBaltic will introduce new seasonal services from its base in Vilnius to Dubrovnik and Rijeka. Flights from the Lithuanian capital to Dubrovnik will commence on May 2 and run twice per week, while operations to Rijeka will be inaugurated on May 7 and will be maintained once per per week. Both services will be operated with the Airbus A220 aircraft. airBaltic already serves both cities from Riga.

      ZAG is too expensive for them, same as low cost, they offer cheap flights plus they give you free hand luggage up to 8kg. I'd like to see them also, but I think it's not gonna happen.

      BEG was also a failure for them, I guess the Croatian coast currently has ex-YU most demanded organic flights.

      BEG was a failure because they didn't have enough planes so they were sending their crappy Fokker 100. Later on Air Serbia was created and they never returned. I am sure they'll be back since BEG is absolutely booming.
