The first contingent of croatian army flew from Zagreb to Kabul back in 2003, 17 years ago. The flight was operated by croatian company too, Air Adriatic, on MD-82, with technical stop in Baku.

I doubt they would be flying full anyway, maybe 120 passengers and limited cargo. TK used to send B738 to Kabul from Istanbul so I am sure a half-full A320 can fly an additional hour and a half.

140 passengers will be on the deck, full capacity of croatian a320 is 174 passengers, Mazar-Zagreb is about 6 hours of flight, it's plenty enough for this kind of aircraft..
