The Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS), which is majority-owned by Russia’s Gazprom Neft, has donated 270 tons of Jet-A fuel to Air Serbia in solidarity with its repatriation and humanitarian flights over the past ten days. In a statement, NIS said, “With this gift, the company and its employees wish to express their gratitude to all staff at the Serbian national carrier who immediately put their resources at the disposal of the state and its people and selflessly engaged in vital tasks aimed at combating the coronavirus in our country”.
