Aeroflot resumes Belgrade flights

NEWS FLASH

Russia’s national carrier Aeroflot has resumed some international flights this month by reintroducing six routes. Entry into Russia for foreign nationals is banned for an indefinite period with passengers using Aeroflot flights only allowed to transfer via Moscow. As a result, booking can only be made for one way flights from Moscow or connecting services from other destinations. Operations between Moscow and Belgrade resumed on June 6 and are operated usually on Saturdays or Sundays, with tickets being put on sale just a few days in advance. Flights run up to twice per week, with the Airbus A330-300, A321 and A320 all being used so far. Other destinations the Russian carrier is operating include London, Frankfurt, Paris, Prague and New York. The majority are scheduled on the same days as the Belgrade service.. Prior to the coronavirus pandemic, Aeroflot served the Serbian capital with three daily flights.

Interesting that they sent the A333, I wonder if they also transported repatriated passengers. It's also really interesting that BEG is included with such premium and massive markets such as PRG, JFK, PAR... I gues it shows us what's coming for BEG <3

Probably it was rather for cargo.

Cargo? What cargo from Russia? There wasn't a single cargo flight onboard passenger aircraft, only repatriation flights. Russia, as a great friend of Serbia, sent some aid but that flew on the ILs to INI and Batajnica.

      Flights are full.

Full or not this price for a ticket without luggage is extortion. They are increasing this price on purpose because they gave hundreds of vouchers with a 15% discount so now you end up paying the difference.

You obviously don't know what you are talking about because SU doesn't charge separately for luggage, it is included in the price. Also you do realize that foreigners are forbidden to enter Russia so this is for the few Russians in Serbia who didn't manage to catch a repatriation flight on JU to SVO that happened a few times.

And you are obviously an expert on Aeroflot who has no idea how their fares are structured so before bashing others better get informed. FYI www.aeroflot ru

No, you get informed before embarassing yourself. It's crazy the lengths some people will go just to trash goods news about Serbia or BEG. No need to make things up.

Where did you see trash of good news in my writing? Still go to their website and get informed about them having and economy light fare without luggage ... that will help you in the future be less rude before you inpolitely say to someone that "they don't know what they are talking about"

And March 14 I had to come back to ZAG from WAW on LO, after only two days spent in WAW, because of Poland closing borders for Corona scam. OW ZAG-WAW, bought one week in advance was 90 euros, return WAW-ZAG I paid 606 euros. I didn't have any losses as my company fully compensated the cost, but it shows SU is not the only one taking advantage of the situation and ripping people off.

Since Serbia is one of very few countries who currently allow Russians in, many people try to use this destination as an oppotunity to leave Russia during the pandemia and go abroad. Many of them eventually move from Serbia to other countries.

I love Aeroflot, can't wait for them to be back in full, hopefully even with 4th flight.
