NEWS FLASH

airBaltic has reversed its decision to cancel a planned new seasonal route between Vilnius and Dubrovnik for the 2020 summer season. Initially planned to commence on May 2, the flights were shelved as a result of the coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic. However, as confidence slowly returns among customers, airBaltic plans to fly between the Lithuanian capital and Dubrovnik twice per week from July 6 until September 28. The schedule has been altered compared to the one originally filed several months ago with further details available here. The airline’s planned new service from Vilnius to Rijeka, which was also cancelled, will not be going ahead this year.

FYI Air Baltic now has the youngest fleet in Europe with 23 Airbus A220-300 (Bombardier C Series ).
Three national flag color planes exist Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia where HQ is in Riga.
I lived in Tallinn from 2016 to 2018, and this airline did everything right, and now have grown
into the strongest presence in the Baltic countries. A great example for how things are done properly!

I believie I am the only one who does not like the livery. I did fly airBaltic once - really good value for the service and CS300 (A220) is a fine plane.

This is not the livery, only one of three planes painted in national colors. The rest of the current fleet more than 20 Airbus 220 planes are the standard AirBaltic livery, as will the next 25 planes on order!!
