Sarajevo Airport is expected to handle under 300.000 passengers this year for the first time since 2000. The airport welcomed 14.949 passengers in November, representing a decrease of 77.8%. The number of aircraft movements declined 45.9% to 464. During the January - November period, Sarajevo Airport handled 236.275 travellers, down 78.2%.

ReplyDeleteTheir PCR test requirements are to blame. It was impossible to get them for travel purposes until recently. Hopefully normality will resume in the Spring.
