NEWS FLASH

Wizz Air has announced the launch of flights from Oslo’s main airport of Gardermoen to Split this coming summer. The seasonal service will run twice per week, each Thursday and Sunday, starting June 6. It comes just days after Wizz Air announced new seasonal flights between Gdansk and Split. "We know that the demand for travel to the sunny south is greater than ever before. To meet this need, we are happy to offer a number of new routes to destinations that we know are favourites among Norwegians looking for sun and sand between their toes. We are happy to offer our passengers flexibility and options that guarantee that changes to the itinerary can be made at any time, up to three hours before the flight”, the low cost carrier said. Further flight details for the new Split service can be found here.

I hope they will continue to expand at SPU. We definitly need flights to Budapest, we dont have these for more then 8 years since Malevs bankruptcy, while with car you need 11 hours or take expensive transfer tickets via FRA, MUC and VIE. It would be nice to see flights to Vilnius and Buchraest too

The SPU-Scandinavian coverage is unbelievable. There are at least 20 different airports connected especially Sweden and Norway. I think SPU will have a better 2021 than 2020.
As for W6, I won't be surprised if they add another Polish route.
