NEWS FLASH

Operator Airports of Montenegro has named Ana Lončarević as its first female acting CEO, replacing Danilo Orlandić. Ms Lončarević has been part of the airport team for over eight years, serving as an advisor to the CEO for seven years and as Head of the Development Department over the last year. She holds a master’s degree at the University of Rome Tor Vergata and the University of Belgrade, while she graduated business at the European University. Female airport managers in the former Yugoslavia are extremely rare, with exception to the former head of Zadar Airport, Irena Ćosić. Mr Orlandić headed Airports of Montenegro since 2017.
