Low cost carrier Transavia will add two new seasonal routes to Split this coming summer. The airline will introduce flights from Montpellier and Nantes in France to the Croatian coastal city. Services from Montpellier will launch on July 9 and run once per week, each Saturday, until September 3, while flights from Nantes will operate twice per week, on Thursdays and Sundays, from July 10 until September 4. Transavia previously scheduled new operations from Paris Orly to both Ljubljana and Podgorica, which are due to commence in late April. Further flight details for Transavia’s new service from Montpellier to Split can be viewed here, while information for its Nantes - Split flights can be found here.

They should introduce Amsterdam - Zadar flights as well. Croatia getting more and more popular in the Netherlands, it would boom!

The competition from the Netherlands to Zadar is already available. I think easyJest flies from Amsterdam to Zadar. Transavia flies from Rotterdam to Zadar and Rynair flies from Eindhoven and Maastricht to Zadar
