NEWS FLASH

Austrian Airlines has today announced the launch of a new seasonal Vienna - Tivat service. Flights will run three times per week from May 13, each Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Operations between the two cities were initially planned to commence this year. Tivat becomes Austrian’s second destination in Montenegro after Podgorica. The airline faces no direct competition on the route. Further flight details can be viewed here. Tickets are now available for purchase through the airline’s website. In a statement, Austrian Airlines said the route to Tivat, along with several other new European additions, come after a successful summer in 2022 and a “well-booked” winter.

But no one flying to KLU is going to LJU; there's no train connection because of the Karawanken-Tunnel
