Air Serbia and Hainan Airlines to launch codeshare partnership

Air Serbia and Hainan Airlines will become codeshare partners, with details of the agreement to be revealed soon. Commenting on the matter, Air Serbia’s CEO, Jiri Marek, said, “Following the management’s recent visit to the People’s Republic of China, we have reached an agreement for a new codeshare partnership with Hainan Airlines. I expect we will be able to announce details of this partnership soon”. Hainan Airlines maintains two weekly flights between Beijing and Belgrade, while Air Serbia serves Tianjin with a one weekly service. Tianjin Airlines, which maintains 52 domestic and international destinations out of the Chinese city, is a subsidiary of Hainan Airlines. Air Serbia currently codeshares on Air China’s flights between Vienna and Beijing.
