Air Serbia to deploy A330 on Zurich service

Air Serbia plans to utilise its wide-body Airbus A330-200 aircraft on flights between Belgrade and Zurich on two occasions this January during the holiday travel period. The carrier plans to utilise its 257-seat A330-200 jet (Nikola Tesla) on its evening Zurich flight on January 1 and the 268-seat aircraft of the same type (Pupin) on the evening service to the Swiss city on January 15. Equipment changes remain possible.

    This winter the YU-ARB wasn’t deployed to SVO even though the loads were full. I assume it has something to do with insurance regulations.

      They already have got quite a zoo of aircraft, they don’t need more. Replacing all A319 with A320 probably would provide enough capacity, and improve fleet commonality as a bonus.

      It's not that it has to but more of that it can. Since the flight to ZRH does NOT require additional security check, they can use any of the 2 C gates. Btw, I really like your question..

      No, it is because of demand. They do this every year on the Zurich route due to the massive diaspora. Same as around Easter.
