Croatian ACMI specialist, ETF Airways, has wet-leased two of its Boeing 737-800 aircraft to British leisure carrier Jet2.com for the duration of the summer season. The two jets have received the Jet2.com stickers and the cabins have been refurbished to match those of its client. “We are proud and grateful for this opportunity and are eager to do our best this summer”, ETF Airways said. The two aircraft will be based in Manchester.

ReplyDelete9A-ABC got its livery on 25 March in Newquay and has been flying for Jet2 from Manchester since 28 March already. It does mostly Central Europe destinations like Prague, Vienna and Budapest.

DeleteIt's not a few months, it's almost seven.
DeleteIt's a pretty good solid program. Some wet lease airlines even lease aircraft from other airlines if their schedule is short from June to September. So, I mean this contract is long term, so for their flights from overseas territories of France it seems they will wet lease aircraft from Lipican Aer.
