NEWS FLASH

Croatia Airlines touched down in Istanbul this week, marking its return to Turkey’s largest city following an eleven-year hiatus. The Croatian carrier inaugurated the first of four new summer routes, by launching flights between Split and Istanbul. Services will be maintained three times per week until October 12. The first outbound flight had 77 passengers on board, while the inbound carried 31 travellers. Croatia Airlines last served Turkey’s largest city back in 2013 from Zagreb. Split becomes the third Croatian city to boast scheduled nonstop flights to Turkey, following Zagreb and Dubrovnik.

I'm no analyst, but less than 22% LF on an inaugural flight doesn't seem very good...

Air Baltic had more pax on the first flight RIX-SKP-RIX. This is very bad considering it is a flight to IST..
