NEWS FLASH

China Southern Airlines has appointed APG as its General Sales Agent (GSA) in Serbia, after launching operations between Guangzhou and Belgrade in late September. This partnership enables China Southern Airlines to expand its market presence in Serbia, providing enhanced support to travel agencies and customers. APG will offer comprehensive GSA services, including sales, marketing, and reservations support, facilitating access to China Southern Airlines’ extensive network and connections across Asia and beyond. Richard Burgess, President of APG Network, said, “We are honoured to represent China Southern Airlines as its GSA in Serbia, and we value our long-standing partnership with them and look forward to continued success together. Our team in Serbia is dedicated to providing exceptional sales, marketing, and customer support to drive the success of China Southern Airlines in this region”.

Shouldn't Air Serbia add more frequencies since its long-haul fleet utilization is low?

It actually isn't low. But when you read statements from an ill informed self proclaimed expert you come to these conclusions.

An 13:18: They should, if there is demand. If there is no demand, it would be pointless. You lose more money when flying empty (in winter for example), than keeping a plane on the ground. They should not fly certain frequencies just because someone on a message board likes the idea of it.

JU longhaul utilisation is abysmal, it doesn't take a self proclaimed expert to point it out. If only they had a competitive onboard product.

Sorry, there are two available planes and both are utilized. So where do you see the problem?
