NEWS FLASH

Skopje Airport has introduced a new service for its passengers: a therapy dog named Dino. Known as the Skopje Airport Zen Dog, Dino is specially trained to help passengers relax and reduce stress before their flights. He will be a guest at the airport every month, allowing travellers to pet and interact with him while waiting to board. Therapy dogs are well-known for their ability to alleviate stress and anxiety, especially in high-stress environments like airports. Dino’s presence is part of the airport’s efforts to enhance the passenger experience and create a calm atmosphere.

Now they need for fix their intentionally disabled water fountains, and stop charging 3 eur for water, 4 eur for coke and 5 eur for an americano in two kiosks/cafe s they have working at the gates.

You are right for that. The prices are extremely high , they need to go down a little bit. And they should activate the water charging stations in the airport.

I was flying out of SKG last month and the water was 90 cents (Cheapest i ever found), VIE last week water was 1.90, BTS two days ago water is 2 eur. Skopje is charging 3 eur for it and they took out the release buttons on the water fountains so they dont work.

While waiting i saw at least three people come up to the airport staff asking about it and some blew them off, some tried to assist by telling them to press the blue ''Save the planet'' button, which is just a sticker lol

Cheapest sandwich i found was 4.90, and small bag of Doritos is 3 eur as well. Ridicilous.

If i was to have a sandwich (4.90), a water (3.00), bag of chips (3.00), one americano (5.00) id end up paying around 15 eurs for dry food. Lounge access is 25 eur with unlimited hot food and drinks, so SKP needs to get its affairs in order.

Not to mention that the BKs official work time was 9pm, but they were already closed and cleaning at 8:20 when i got there.

Also, wizz uses gate bridges only for the front door, so anyone sitting in the back has to freeze their butt off waiting to board on the tarmac.

Horrible experience and apologists on this forum are out of their minds.

Compelely agree with you , I travel alot from SKP , and our prices are crazy , I am currently in Paris , the same bottle water I pay in SKP 3 eur and in CDG also 3 , and the food is almost same , but France and Macedonia economy is very different right :D they need to low the prices for sure!
For Wizz experience I see W6 doing that on every airport not only SKP , its not about the airport or country , its their policy of boarding passengers.Last month in Istanbul I board A321 to SKP also from outside nit only me all passengers were transfered with bus and it was raining :D

I didnt knoe that about boarding. I fly mostly FR and they board everyone from tarmac.

Still SKP is a mess and needs to get fixed.

In some airports in Europe such as BUD there is s supermarket in them with normal prices. The prices at the shops at the departure zone are also normal and everything is affordable. 4.5 euros for small or medium makiato in that one and only coffee shop at the arrivals at SKP and those two up there is miserable. Btw i dont know for whom this poor dog is, i think people will be more scared then happy, he is such a cutie though.
