Zagreb Airport registers busiest year on record

Zagreb Airport saw its busiest year of all time in 2024 by handling 4.316.619 passengers. The figure represents an increase of 15.9% on the previous year or an additional 592.969 travellers. It also marked the first time the airport handled over four million passengers in a single year. The number of aircraft movements stood at 49.955, up 9.2%. The previous year saw the arrival of T’Way Air and Pegasus Airlines at Zagreb Airport, as well as strong growth by Ryanair with the addition of new routes. The airport is expected to continue to register passenger growth, becoming one of the fastest growing in the former Yugoslavia during the first quarter of 2025.

    If OU management were competent, Zagreb Airport would handle 4 million passengers just with their flights.
