Congrats PRN. Shaping up to be a good winter.
ReplyDeleteAlbanian or saudi tourists?
ReplyDeleteBoth, religious tourism for Albanians, and Saudis like to travel to “greener” countries as the only thing they see there are deserts. As its in winter they maybe interested in winter sports too
DeleteWhat is happening with the projects around Dardhe?
DeleteI really wonder who is going to use this route. Are there business links between Pristina and Saudi Arabia?
ReplyDeleteThere are quite a few. Many Saudis invest in Kosovo, like schools or hospitals for example. But the main goal for the route is tourism
DeleteArabs go to mountains. They rent winter houses in rugova region.
DeleteSJJ and PRN are not the only two airports close to mountains and green spaces in the region.
DeleteBut one if the only ones where they find mosques and halal food ;)
DeletePeople will now be able to come to Dua Lipa concerts, as mentioned here in this forum with direct flights to Saudi Arabia🤗
ReplyDeletework more on your sarcasm

DeleteDoubt it will work on its own without any tour agency bringing Saudis to Kosovo.
ReplyDelete1x weekly would do wonders for Ljubljana nowdays with Acroni investments
ReplyDeleteFraport is not interested.
DeleteSlovenians are obsessed with the idea that no new flights from LJU.
DeleteMy flight lju-ist-ruh was boarded with about 10-15 people traveling to Riyadh as well. Mostly business travelers but there was a family that said they are going to some hotel 100km from Jeddah for vacation, so seemingly there is some potential for the flights
DeleteTo reach 5mln in 2025 PRN needs at least 3-4 new destinations!
ReplyDeleteThese Saudis are nutters!
ReplyDeleteThey have a lot of money to waste on the most unthinkable and random destinations.
If it was for Cordoba or Granada in Spain it would somewhat make sense.
But let us profit from them as long as possible.
For Prishtina somehow its still a win.
Why is PRN an unthinkable destination?
DeleteSJJ on the other hand Ok? Podgorica also Ok?
LOL
Have you ever been in PRN? It's not exactly your typical tourist destination :)))
DeletePristina does have some of the best food in the region however! It's also increasingly a lovely city to spend time in.
DeleteAlthough of the small population, Pristina is bustling city. Lots of life in the city.
DeleteSome people still keep perpetrating the notion that Prishtina is some horrible place !
