NEWS FLASH
Air Serbia has scheduled flights between Belgrade and Brač,
its newest destination in Croatia, as revealed by EX-YU Aviation News last week. Seasonal services between the two will commence on June 20 and operate
twice per week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, until September 12 with the ATR72-600 aircraft. Further flight details can be found here. Brač becomes one of nine new routes the carrier plans to launch in 2026, with tickets now on sale through the airline's website.

Good luck JU!

DeleteA lifeline for Brač, hopefully. That airport has been struggling
ReplyDeleteAir Serbia has indeed been a lifeline for small EX-YU airports in general. Brač is the latest one. I hope that they'll launch Maribor too at some point.
DeleteThis airport is staying iddle sunce its beginning.
ReplyDeleteIt looks well positioned for Brač and nearby Hvar but seems to fail to attract operators....
What happened to TUI?
They had some flights.....and now?
There's no integrated traffic solution (similar to Rijeka); one has to plan individually plane, cab, ferry and to have some luck to be able to schedule everything timely. Brač is pretty much serving only Brač. Why? I don't know, lack of tourism strategy and initiative seems like the best guess.
DeleteNot true about Rijeka. Always when flying to Rijeka , I have a bus, riding not more than 30 min., to the city and retour.
DeleteAnon 17:33 Where are you waiting that bus?
DeleteGreat news!!
