Commenting on the record, Air Serbia’s CEO, Jiri Marek, said, “We are currently at the peak of the summer season, with August, which is traditionally the busiest month for air travel, still ahead of us. That is why it is particularly significant that we have already surpassed last year’s record in July. This confirms the strong demand for Air Serbia’s flights and shows that an increasing number of passengers are choosing our airline to travel to destinations across the region, Europe and beyond”.

Nice. Let's see if BEG reached 1 million passengers in July.
ReplyDelete2.66% growth would get the number over 1 million for July.
DeleteWasn't it over a million last year
DeleteNo it was over a million in August.
DeleteIf they can pull those numbers 365 days then that is over 8 million passengers a year!
Delete^ eh?
DeleteThat livery is simply horrible.
ReplyDeleteYes, like when you spill oil on the floor and it shines.
DeleteAll views on liveries and colours are subjective. But its hardly 'horrible' in my eyes.
DeleteThis is the topic "busiest day", and your only coment is "livery is simply horrible". Could you please take a look in the mirror?
DeleteThe livery is temporary and is cute - it’s Expo themed and it will be taken down next year with some new faces added to the tail.
DeleteIdemo dalje...

DeleteBravo Air Serbia 🇷🇸🇷🇸🇷🇸
ReplyDeleteToday 163 takeoffs and 163 landings at BEG, which is new record by far in day's operations of commerical flights. Surely today is a new record for JU as well. It is still unclear how's W6 choking them, as per some commentator claim.
ReplyDeleteIt isn't of course. Long many the two airlines have bases there. Great for us all.
DeleteGood to hear this.
