Air Serbia is further digitalising its cargo operations by introducing a new system that will enable faster and more automated exchange of shipment information with freight forwarders and other business partners thought the Traxon cargoHUB platform. The upgrade will allow key cargo documents and shipment status information to be exchanged electronically, reducing the need for manual data entry and helping minimise errors. It should also provide customers and partners with quicker and more reliable access to information about their shipments. Air Serbia will be able to reuse the same electronic shipment data for customs and other regulatory procedures, simplifying administrative processes and helping the airline comply with requirements across the international markets it serves. The system will also support the wider use of electronic air waybills, reducing reliance on paper documentation. The latest upgrade forms part of Air Serbia’s broader efforts to automate and modernise its cargo business as its operations continue to grow.

what do you think about JU getting one A321 P2F/A330F only for Cargo operations? We now have two-three times per week flights from Asia to BEG, can there be room for JU to get in and start bulding its cargo company
ReplyDeleteI think they should use their flights to china
DeleteIdemo dalje...
ReplyDeleteThey need a separate cargo division.
ReplyDeleteCurrently the cargo market is quite saturated.
DeleteJU can use it's holds from China to make extra revenues but getting dedicated cargo planes would be too costly.
They should have converted the B737/B727 back then.
