Belgrade Airport sees record September

Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport has registered its busiest September on record with 567.223 passengers handled during the month, representing an increase of 9.2% on last year. During the first three quarters, Belgrade Airport welcomed 4.150.594 travellers through its doors, up 8.9%. It estimates handling between 5.3 and 5.5 million passengers this year. A total of 17.251 tonnes of mail and freight were processed in the first nine months of 2017, representing an increase of 38% on last year. The airport has also recorded a solid financial performance, with its preliminary net profit exceeding 20.2 million euros during the first eight months of the year, up 10%.

    BEG should experience sharp growth in February as it will host the European congress of ophthalmology and some 20.000 to 30.000 foreign visitors are expected to come.

    That said, it's impressive how close to 600.000 September is this year.

      TAP Portugal je u pitanju. Odavno se priča o njihovom povratku ali u TAP-u postoji priča da čekaju ishod koncesije. Ne garantujem za ove informacije ali delimično mogu reći da su tačne, no mogu biti i glasine. Sačekajmo da vidimo.

    Super sto BEG ide napred. A i bice i bolje, kad ova AirSerbija konacno crkne. Tad se otvaraju vrata drugim kompanijama i BEG ce da raste jos vise

      Тако је, погледај само шта је Трансавија постигла овде. Други пример је Лот који је унакази ЈУ на лету за Варшаву.

      Проблем је у томе што се домаће тржиште још није у потпуности опоравило. Важно је да се барем иде у том смеру.

      Samo kada bismo mogli brže da sredimo naše banje-mislim da bi to neverovatno mnogo značilo i za naš turizam, a i za razvoj pasivnih, a prelepih krajeva Srbije. Banjski turizam je celogodišnji, a mi imamo neuporedivo više potencijala u tom segmentu i od Slovenije i od Madjarske, a vidimo dokle su oni došli. Još da sa banjskim spojimo planinski turizam, vinske i manastirske ture-eto sedmodnevnih aranžmana kao od šale. A onda će i lcc ponuda letova do Beograda, Niša i Morave biti neuporedivo veća. Samo da se otkriju naši puni potencijali.

      Недавно сам био у Кладову и запрепастио сам се како је све тамо сређено и дотерано. Од путева, хотел па до опште инфраструктуре. Сви хотели су стално закупљени од стране Румуна и Бугара. Само када би се проширила мало понуда цео регион би живнуо.

      Да има неко пола мозга могао би да понуди пакет са пар дана у Београду а онда бродом до Кладова преко Смедерева.

      Svako sa pola mozga zna da bi crkavanje Er Srbije bilo najveci udarac za turizam i avijaciju u Srbiji i da bi trebalo dosta godina da lesinari sa strane dostignu postojeci nivo saobracaja.

      Budimpešta je uvek bila turistička sila, lakše je njima. Mi ne umemo ni da iskoristimo arheološko nalazište u Vinči, kolevku evropske civilizacije, koja bi Beogradu mogla da dovodi bar 100.000 turista godišnje za početak.

      Budimpesti je trebalo nekoliko godina da se vrati na nivo putnika koji su imali dok je Malev radio. Kad je vecem, bogatijem, turisticki privlacnijem i sto je najvaznije, gradu gde je Wizz centrala, trebalo nekoliko godina onda bi tek Beogradu trebalo mnogo vise godina da dostignu isti broj putnika. To je dakle DOKAZANA istina. Ovo ionako nije bio test iz avijacije nego inteligencije.

      Ne treba BEG'u dugo da se oporavi od smrti korumpirane, ne-efikasne i politicke airSrbije. Suprotno od toga. Kako nestane vestacka prednost jedne "kao" nacionalne kompanije, tako ce se vec u toko procesa inzolvencije pojaviti novi igraci. Ako su strane mocne firme (kao Ryan, Wizz ili Easy) spore onda ostaje sansa nekom domacem ili stranom investoru, da iskoristi vredne ostatke airSrbije i pretvori to u neku potpuno privatnu/nezavisnu firmu (bez nacionalnih emblema, koji vise donose stetu od prednosti, pogotovo u slucaju Srbije, koja kao ime nije Svajcarska). A na ostatke ne mislim na avione ili zgrade, nego na skupljen know-how kod jednog dela danasnjih zaposlenih i vazeci ugovori (flight-rights, slots...).

    Air Serbia saw 298.000 passengers in September (+0,5%) on 8,3% fewer operations. But offered capacity was nearly the same as it had been in September 2016. However, on regular service there were 4% fewer passengers.
