I can only imagine what awaits us in March and April, probably around 35.000 passengers.
ReplyDeleteReading that LJU is the busiest airport in Slovenia is somewhat depressing. Are we really supposed to treat MBX and POW as anything more than airfields? Technically airports, but... let’s be real.
ReplyDeleteOh my, I imagine in March it will fall 50%
ReplyDeletenot just in LJU. LH among others will soon be suspending their whole ops.
Deleteno wonder with almost all flights canceled
ReplyDeleteWho told you that?
DeleteLogical. Imagine that Croatia Airlines or Air Serbia would go bankrupt, it would be the same.
ReplyDeleteIn retrospect it was for the best that JP went down when it did. Otherwise it would have just collapsed now: their employees would have had no chance of finding a new job in the industry, and other airlines would not have considered LJU when re-starting normal-ish ops in a few months' time.
ReplyDeleteGood point!
