Portugal is one of the hardest affected countries. Portugal has over 47.000 cases with a population of only 10 million. Thats huge!

Stricter restrictions to travel are being implemented by an unceasing number of countries in Europe.
The great increase in infections in our country means that we would be allowed to travel to fewer and fewer places this summer.

This will be really bad news for Austrian Airlines. These are key markets for their long-haul flights. I don't know who will fill their seats to places like Chicago. Mutti Lufti will profit no doubt.

If someone wants to earn 120% in wizz credits, it's time now to buy some tickets to/from the banned destinations ;). Booking to these destinations is still possible on W6 website.

W6 is selling tickets to and from VIE like dirty dirty cheap and this will hurt OS even more. Never in the history will you find prices in summer from VIE to major airports such as MAD or BCN for 9,99€ or OSL for 19,99€.
    It's a survival game.

Bad news for Air Serbia and Montenegro Airlines, and beyond that the EU does not recommend that Serbia and Montenegro be on the list of countries from which entry is allowed...

Yes. It will be a complicated year for all Balkana. Big airports are empty even with Macdo or Burger King closed. OS will suffer a lot most likely but under the LH umbrella..

Well this SUCKS. From what I read yesterday this will apply to the rest of the EU for Serbian citizens. We can expect a lot less flights in the next couple of weeks. Too bad, as the flights from BEG were really starting to pick up.

Makes little difference. 99% of EU borders were shut. And this is not the same. To Austria there is an actual ban on flights. To other EU countries there can be flights, EU residents or citizens can enter as well as their families, regardless of citizenship and it's still an individual decision of each country regarding the border closure.
