Belarus’ national carrier, Belavia, has said it will launch daily charter flights from Minsk to Tivat starting tomorrow, July 10. Services will be maintained throughout the summer. Belarussian citizens do not face any restrictions upon entering Montenegro, nor do they require a coronavirus PCR test.
