NEWS FLASH

Croatia Airlines will be offering passengers snacks inspired by Slavonian cuisine on flights until November 30 in partnership with the Osijek - Baranja County Tourist Board, as well as the Croatian Tourist Board. Croatia Airlines will provide its economy class passengers on international flights (longer than one hour) the “Slavonian snack” which is comprised of crackers with corn flour and red pepper. Business class travellers on flights shorter than one hour will have the ability to sample the “smaller Slavonian snack“, which is made up of Slavonian Kulen, crackers with corn flour and red pepper, as well as walnut cake, while those in the business cabin on flights longer than an hour can enjoy the “bigger Slavonian snack”, which includes Slavonian kulen, pork čvarak spread, pickled vegetables and crackers with corn flour and red pepper, as well as a walnut cake. "This joint project is the culmination of cooperation between Croatia Airlines, the Tourist Board of the Osijek - Baranja County, the City of Osijek, the Croatian Tourist Board, and Osijek Airport, through which we launched the international year-round Osijek - Munich service. Its added value, apart from enriching Croatia Airlines’ offer on its flights, is that we have also created the preconditions for the promotion specialities from various regions of the country", Croatia Airlines’ Chief Commercial Officer Slaven Žabo, said.

Business class passengers should really get more than a box of snacks especially for the prices they charge. Really unacceptable.

These were the meals they were serving 3 years ago https://www.exyuaviation.com/2019/06/croatia-airlines-unveils-new-premium.html. Like with everything at OU catering had gone downhill.

It's a nice concept and looks very professional, the branding is good. But for business class catering the offering is a joke.

I flew OU business ZAG-LHR. Food was a joke, exactly like economy. Their catering was much better before.

Actually JU improved its business class catering on 3 years ago. It now has menus in business with 3 hot meal choices.

They can offer it in economy class: once per week on specific flight route. That would be better promo.

"in partnership with the Osijek - Baranja County Tourist Board, as well as the Croatian Tourist Board"

Read: new ways of getting money pumped into the airline. OU must hold the world record for the number of state entities they are extracting money from. I wish they were as creative with route planning.

Stop with Kucko ruining company. Kucko is/was just the pawn, the same as Bajic. The Godfather in charge of destroying has name and surname : Ivan Misetic

Ivan Misetic was the best C.E.O ever. You only have it on for him because you were sacked from the company whilst he was in charge!

Tried it yesterday in business class from ZAG to ZRH. Really dissapointing.. Feels extremely cheap. More plastic and packaging than actual food. One of the worst business class caterings in Europe

OU is a fricking waste of rations and tax payers money. They'd need to serve Lobster 🦞 and Caviar and still would be worth the cost of the management team
