PHOTOS: Sarajevo Airport opens new premium lounge

Sarajevo Airport has opened a new lounge for premium and business class passengers in the newly expanded part of its terminal building. The new facility is located on the first floor after passport control and stretches over 268 square metres. It has the capacity to handle 105 passengers at any single given time. The lounge offers its guests unlimited internet access, digital and cable television, local and international print publications and unlimited beverages, alcoholic drinks, and snacks. The lounge works on a self-service concept. Eligible guests include business class passengers, as well as frequent flyer card holders that have either gold, platinum, SEN or HON status. Priority Pass, Diners Club, Dragon Pass, TAV and Master Card Gold program users are also welcome. Furthermore, passengers can pay to access the lounge, at a price of around 25 euros (fifty convertible marks). Duration of stay is limited to three hours.

      True, by the looks on the pictures it seams a bit bigger the Belgrade lounge. Belgrade and AS really need to work on premium product.

      Looks like you haven't been to Air Serbia lounge in Belgrade. Separate bar area, private showers, dedicated food zone, restaurant quality menu, lounge look and feel.

      Yes, AS lounge is okay but they need to make it bigger (often it is full and can't get in) and also match working hours with their late evening/early morning flights.

      Da, i ja sam primijetio. Znači krindž i kriminalno. Jednostavnije bi bilo da su koristili google translate. Mslm da bi i on preveo pult/šalter za prijavu.

      Ajme, a "pult" i "salter" su domace reci??? Isto kao i "desk" :)
      "Nase" reci bi mogle biti "Sto za prijavljivanje" ili jos lepse "Prostor dobrodoslice"
      Nista drugo mi je pada na pamet a da nema "pozajmice"

      honest question: How can one transfer in Sarajevo?
      Which company sells tickets with transfer in Sarajevo?
      (Once I had a ticket SJJ-BEG, but because my incoming flight VIE-SJJ on the day before was delayed by more than a day because of low visibility I had effectively a transfer in SJJ. But because I first had to leave the airport and enter again, I missed my flight to BEG. They were extremely inpolite and explained me that one can not transfer in SJJ. It was pre-covid.)

    Now try to get a base going and open up to more of Europe? There is no flights to Amsterdam, Paris, Munich, and so on. Such a shame that they seem to have lied about them agreeing with an airline about a base

    "Loved" the old lounge. You come there with Lounge Key and the receptionist says "I don't know what to do. Ajla told me to just sit here". Then you go in and there are 30 people out of which 10 have their shoes taken off and placed on the tables (middle easterns mostly) and the stale sandwiches in the self-service area. Hope this one is a bit better.

      Sadly true lol. The old one was a total sh*t show. At least there was a big fridge with wine. I once had a 6hour delay there and made very good use of it...
