NEWS FLASH

Air Montenegro has concluded a wet-lease agreement for one Airbus A320 aircraft for the duration of the 2024 summer season, from late March until late October of next year. The 180-seat jet will be operated on Air Montenegro’s behalf by Croatia’s Trade Air, which will provide the cabin crew, insurance and maintenance for the aircraft for the duration of the wet-lease arrangement. Similarly, Air Montenegro wet-leased an A320 jet during the 2023 summer season from Heston Airlines. The aircraft ended its service on the Montenegrin carrier’s behalf on October 31. As previously reported, Air Montenegro also plans to dry-lease a further two aircraft next year (Embraer E190 or E195), as well as wet-lease another E190 or E195 during the summer.

Good, reliable and already operated 4O partner. So they will have 5-6 planes, next summer. 1 A320 and 4 E190/195. This means you will add new destinations from TGD and TIV and eventually expand domestically. I wonder what the LF is on the flights to Belgrade, at the beginning it was reported to be quite low numbers, hopefully that's not the case anymore. So next summer will be so big YM, but again I say the lack of flights to Russia plays a bad role in tourism in Montenegro, including 4O.

So once Air Montenegro reaches YM levels, it's time for international expansion. Let it be Tuzla.
How many planes did YM have before bankruptcy, and where were they based?

What do you mean where were they based? They were based in Podgorica and Tivat.

      Expand domestically? Explain.

I actually dropped Tuzla here. Then I saw that I hadn't mentioned it. An "international" operation will probably begin. That's what I meant. Realistically they should have 6 aircraft which means a new aircraft in TGD or TIV and at least one machine in another country eventually.

Not so much interesting as it has to do with missile defense systems onboard.

So their fleet will most likely consist of:
    2 owned E195
    2 long-term leased E195
    1 short term leased E195
    1 short term leased A320
