Air Serbia opens Guangzhou call centre

Air Serbia and its General Sales Agent (GSA) in China, Megacap, have put into operation a dedicated China-based call centre where passenger can inquire about flights, baggage allowance and procedures. The 24-hour, seven day a week, call centre, based in Guangzhou, can be reached on 4008-520-115. Through its GSA, Air Serbia also boasts a dedicated representative office in the Chinese city. The airline maintains a two weekly service between Belgrade and Guangzhou.
