Air Serbia and Azerbaijan Airlines have held talks in Belgrade regarding the expansion of their cooperation ahead of the Serbian carrier’s planned launch of flights between Belgrade and Baku on May 3. Air Serbia and Azerbaijan Airlines already have an interline agreement in place, which allows them to issue a single ticket covering flights operated by the two carriers and to transfer passengers and baggage between each other. An official from Azerbaijan Airlines noted the two sides discussed their current partnership and explored new ways to strengthen and expand their cooperation. “We look forward to the next steps in building an even stronger and more dynamic partnership between our two airlines”, the official noted.
