      Ccorrectly, it should say:

"Entity Government of Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina..."
      because it's not state government.

Saša, maybe in other countries, but Bosnia is a special case so "federal" means something else, just like "republic". None of those two are related to the country as a whole, but to the entities.

    For those who wonder...

"Federal", in the context of Bosnia and Herzegovina, means the entity of FBiH. "Republic" in the context of Bosnia and Herzegovina refers only to the entity of RS. The country has no classic federal government, but the Council of ministry which indeed has strong elements of federalism when we anaylse the way the Council works. The national/state level institutions have no "federal" or "republic" prefixes. Also, development of aviation and airports is at jurisdiction of entities while air traffic control, safety and air transportation + border control at all airports in both entities is at jurisdiction of the national/state level and the Ministry of transportation.
