NEWS FLASH

Germania will suspend two routes out of Pristina, while at the same time add two new destinations to the city. The airline will discontinue its flights from Paris to Pristina on November 4. The route was launched this summer to replace easyJet, which previously scrapped the service in 2017. Furthermore, Germania will end its flights from Copenhagen on October 26. However, the airline will run several return services between the two cities around the Christmas and New Year holiday period from December 23, 2018 until January 4, 2019. These two Pristina routes were the only ones to be sold directly by Germania through its website.

On the other hand, the airline will introduce services from Pristina to Hannover and Hamburg next summer season in cooperation with the Air Prishtina tour operator. Services to Hannover are set to commence on April 6 and to Hamburg a day later. Further information for the Hannover service can be found here, while additional information for the Hamburg flights can be viewed here. Tickets can be purchased through Air Prishtina. Germania is Pristina's busiest airline, handling almost 300.000 passengers per year.

They simply didnt want to risk, compete with Swiss, and loose slots at ZRH which are at the time being for the airlines based in zrh a treasure.

If this happened in SKP everybody would have been trolling. So basically, except Germany and especially Switzerland nothing else is moving year round in PRN.

Wizz air and Germania should try to open routes to Pristina/Kosovo from Bremen/Germany. Customers not only from Bremen will be available but all around Bremen and other main city's closer to Bremen
