There is some word about them acquiring a new plane for PSO in replacement of Let. Also I could see them taking a few routes from Zagreb after OU fails (let's be honest it looks like OU is next Adria)

I am surprised ExYuAviation is not paying more attention to them? No news about their destinations, number of passengers, or profitability? Given that they have 7 planes and obviously doing well, I would be interested to learn more about them.

They are an ACMI operator. 98% of passengers are not theirs. Their PSO flights are operated by a plane with 10 seats, which is operated by another airline on their behalf.

      19 seats, not 10

Are you implying that TradeAir is lacking Croatian substance and fibre?

I am assuming Anon 17:27 is referring to the slavery tactics imposed to the pilots by Trade Air owners. From pay-to-fly to some even worse, like safety protocols, etc.

Is it safe to fly with their Turbolet L 410?

Why wouldn't it be? The Let has a bad safety record because it was designed to fly in very rough environment, and it does, hence more accidents than with let's say an Airbus always flying to nice and equiped airports. But Croatia is nothing rough, all airports are modern and well equiped. Yes it's not pressurised, so you can't always fly above clouds, the ride may be a little bumpier, but nothing dangerous.
