SAS extends Sarajevo and Pristina flights

SAS Scandinavian Airlines will extend its seasonal summer operations from Copenhagen to both Sarajevo and Pristina next summer season. The carrier will maintain operations to both cities from April 9 until October 22. Last year, services to Sarajevo ran between June 19 and August 21, while Copenhagen - Pristina flights were maintained between June 16 and August 21. Flights from Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo to Tivat remain mostly unchanged, running from late June and early July until mid-August. Similarly, the operating timeframe for its Stockholm - Pristina service remains unchanged.

    SAS has been slowly increasing its role in ex-yu region. They're the third largest carrier in Split as well. Hopefully they come to LJU one day

      KLM has done well due to AF pulling out, likely as a result of coordinated decision by AF/KL.

      BEG is now connected by two carriers to Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo and Gothenburg. Only Malmo has a single carrier from BEG - Wizz.

      I always felt like big brother Star Alliance partner Lufti told them to stay away from ex-Yu because that was their turf.

      And it is just not the point to point to CPH, it would provide another connection point to North America if SAS was to come back. They used to fly 5 weekly CPH-BEG before 1991.
