Air Serbia sold over 117.000 tickets within three days of launching a wide-ranging promotional ticket sale. The sale, which applies for all destinations across its network for travel from November 1, has generated the most interest for Barcelona, followed by Larnaca, Paris, Madrid and Rome. The promotion runs until October 11. "We are very satisfied with the response of passengers to the current promotional campaign. The fact that more than 117.000 airline tickets were sold in just three days confirms the great trust that passengers have in Air Serbia, but also their desire to plan their trips in advance at more favourable rates", Air Serbia’s General Manager for Commercial and Strategy, Boško Rupić, said.

The sales went on fire. This is very successfull promotion and the prices were reasonable
ReplyDeleteWhat were the prices like?
DeleteVery cheap. You can find return ticket for as little as 70 euros.
DeletePrices are dirty cheap... I've personally bought tickets for couple of vacations for next year for me and my friends... some of the examples:
Delete- Belgrade - Larnaka - 200 EUR return tickets for 2 adults, child and a baby for June 2027
- 70 EUR return ticket for Stockholm
- 150 EUR return ticket for Malaga (regularly it goes up to 350-400 EUR, while cheapest alternative is Wizz from Budapest without luggage for around 100 EUR)
I also saw some good bargains as Madrid 70 EUR return, Munich 100 EUR, Paris 120 EUR, Barcelona is also very cheap etc... practically their whole network has promotions with 30-50% discounts compared to regular fares...
Even China flights can be bought for around 420-450 EUR return tickets.
For example I booked a ticket from Zurich to Belgrade and back, checked baggage included for both way, 115e
DeleteFRA-BEG 79.51€, BEG-INI 23.45€ (19.12.) and INI-HHN 90.33€ (02.01.)
DeleteI bought return tickets LJU-ATH for 139 EUR.
DeleteWow I didn't know it also included transfer flights. I thought it was only for P2P from BEG, INI and kVO.
DeleteI bought BEG-BUD return for 88€.
DeleteWhy wouldn't it include transfer flights? That is normal to be included.
Delete@Nikola Jacimovic Madrid was more than that, cheapest was around 11500 round trip, that is 100 euros...Barcelona was 9200 din. for the cheapest return, which is around 75 euros...China was more expensive, around 500 for Guangzhou, and a bit more for Shanghai...Btw, there are no CAN flights after March??
DeleteThey have not loaded their summer network yet.

DeleteI personally bought Barcelona for 69 euros and Madrid for 79 euros return. So your prices are not true.
@19:26 Your prices are false...Madrid was 56860 din from Beg, and if buying return from Mad was was 5928 and cheaper then that didn`t exist.. if buying separate ticket, return flight Mad-Beg was a bit more expensive...I also bouth that ticket...BCN was 4513 din, and return was about the same....I bought them directly through Air Serbia site, I don`t know how you could buy in euros? only through agency, sometimes they give a few bucks cheaper that airline itself, but usually its not the case with Air Serbia, they give the cheapest ticket
DeleteI paid BEG-BCN-BEG exactly 8118 RSD on Air Serbia's website. That is about 69 euros.
DeleteYou can buy in EUR if your card is issued by non-Serbian bank. I paid in RSD since my card is issued in Serbia.
I bought Vienna-Bgd-Vienna for january for 90 euros.
DeleteThat's really cheap.
ReplyDeleteWhen you take out the airport taxes JU really doesn't charge much.
FRA-BEG 79.51€. And Taxes and Fee 66.51€. (Airport Security Charge Germany 10.90, Air Transport Tax Germany 13.03€ and shock 42.58€ for Passanger Service Charge Germany.
DeleteBravo Air Serbia 🇷🇸🇷🇸🇷🇸
ReplyDeleteSounds like they needed money fast. Interesting
ReplyDeleteThey do this sale every single year. Once in February and once in November.
DeleteWell, must be profitable in that case. Although I was surprised to see the prices mentioned above.
DeletePVG ow for 300€ is great
ReplyDeletePVG ow for 300€ is great
ReplyDeleteI Bought 2 return tickets with luggage 23kg and favourite seat Arn- Beg in march and in april for 35000 dinars in total.
ReplyDeleteAorSerbia does a few great sales and you can always plan well for the next year. Plus bcs of their amazing prices you cam go away a few times a year. Regardless there are always a few JU haters that are going to complain how JU prices are extremely expensive as they look at the last minute deals.
ReplyDeleteNo we don't look on last minutes deal, just we can't plan a year in advance
DeleteHave to step in. If there is no promotion like this ones, the prices are higher then other airlines for the same service. I am talking about legacy carriers and I am not comparing any LCC or ULCC with JU. I found JU almost every time more expensive. As I mentioned, when they offer promotions, if you are fast enough you can choose tickets and if you are flexible with dates, yes, you can fly dirty cheap.
DeleteI just booked Air Serbia to/from Frankfirt in 2 weeks time (not part of promotion period) and JU was cheaper than Lufthansa (same fare type). Not by a lot but still cheaper. That said, prices were expensive on both.
DeleteYes but LH flies full A320/321 to BEG while JU flies with E90/95
DeleteAir Serbia is always cheaper than Austrian by 30e, don’t know about other airlines.
DeleteWe heard recently that Belgrade passengers demand a choice. Number of tickets sold in just three days is a proof passengers choose Air Serbia in greater numbers than any other option at Belgrade, supporting local jobs and investments.
ReplyDeleteGood one 🤣
DeleteJasmineee!!!!
Great prices
ReplyDelete@14:40 60000
DeleteI got 2 for Tromso Valentines weekend for 37,500 rsd with bags. Nice to have new exotic destinations to explore.
ReplyDeleteDid you find somewhere cheap to stay up there? Flight is the least of problem when visiting that region hahah
DeleteNow its time to announce new routes! :)
ReplyDeleteThey will do it probably next week. Although they said it will be done in September... But I guess they will wait this promotion to end.
DeleteHow do you know it will be next week? Some people..
DeleteDo you know what 'probably' means? Obviously you don't. It means that something is possible, from my perspective, and not that I know something.
DeleteA better word there is therefore 'perhaps'. If you dont know anything you shouldnt use words that have a degree of certainty.
