NEWS FLASH

Etihad Airways will be hiring cabin crew members in Novi Sad, marking the city's first recruitment event of its kind. The assesment day will take place on August 19, with the venue yet to be announced. Crew requirements at Etihad include: at least 21 years of age at the time of joining, arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes, high school graduate, fluency in English (written and spoken), no visible tattoos while in Etihad uniform and the applicant must be physically fit to meet crew requirements.

Benefits of working as Etihad crew include an average tax-free monthly salary of 2.040 euros (once the basic monthly salary and flying pay are calculated), layover expenses, free accommodation in Abu Dhabi, staff travel benefits, one firm free annual leave ticket to the staff member's country of origin, 90% discount on Etihad stand-by tickets (also offered to immediate family members for unlimited travel) and guaranteed free cabin upgrades to business class if vacant seats are available, as well as discounted supplementary tickets for ten friends or family members.
