NEWS FLASH

Low cost carrier Jet2 will commence seasonal flights from London Stansted and Manchester to Tivat during the 2022 summer season. These routes were initially planned to start last year but were cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. Both will be inaugurated on April 30 of next year and run twice per week until the end of the 2022 summer season in late October. Jet2 will compete directly against easyJet on the Manchester service. easyJet handled 20.049 passengers on its seasonal flights in 2019, resulting in an average cabin load factor of 90.3%. Tickets for Jet2’s new Tivat flights are on sale now.

The chances of Jet2 being alive in 2022 at the rate things are going is rather marginal...
