NEWS FLASH

Eurowings will introduce flights between Pristina and Brussels this coming summer, replacing its seasonal service to Charleroi. Flights to Belgium’s main airport will commence on March 29 and operate twice per week, each Tuesday and Friday, with the Airbus A319 aircraft. Further flight details can be found here. The airline will compete directly against TUI Belgium on the route. Brussels will become Eurowings’ second new destination out of Pristina next summer as the carrier plans to introduce flights to Stockholm from April 2. Eurowings was Pristina’s second busiest airline last year, handling 236.849 passengers.

Excellent news! You can barely see any turboprops in PRN. 95% of the operations are wither B737s, A320 or A321 neo. That being said, Pegasus are operating daily flights with A321 neo.
The same is happening with Wizzair on their PRN-VIE route - A321N.
BRU will become a busy destination as well.

If connecting into the Brussels Airlines is possible and the schedule improves somewhat then this could turn out to be a great addition. An impressive list of African destinations would be opened.

Yes. What is impressive about PRN is that compared to SKP has links to much more primary airports and connected to all Scandinavian capitals, Heathrow to begin with.
