They will manage, one FA is not urgent, it is welcome, but I am sure they have backup, they have been to China and know the challenges ahead.

Just hire Chinese F/A, there are a lot Chinese living in Serbia, so they can act as normal crew and can be used on other longhaul flights

Well, they can't just get the first Chinese off the street. Those living in Serbia are either less educated and are working in shops and so on or are very educated and are working in their companies here. I agree with you, they should have just poached an F/A from one of the Chinese carriers.

The fluency in English of Chinese employees here in Serbia remains a huge issue. Chinese natives have a different perspective on the meaning of the English words, hense numerous "lost in translation" situation occur, despite the fact that they work exceptionally hard and have invested A LOT OF TIME AND EFFORT in learning English. Even high ranging officials in major corporation have serious issues with coping with English language. The only one I met so far (out of 200+) which is terriffic at both Mandarin and English, is Hong Kong born lady, educated in HK and the UK. She is awesome, yet she is a lawer, not at all interested in offering tea of coffee high in the skies.

Vreme i buduci razvoj Er Srbije ce potvrditi buducnost. 😀✈
