NEWS FLASH

Sarajevo Airport has completed work on the expansion of its apron, opening four new parking positions for aircraft (pictured). As a result, the airport has increased its aircraft parking capacity by 60% and now boasts eleven parking positions, up from seven. “This increase enables greater opportunities in the handling of a greater number of aircraft at the same time”, Sarajevo Airport said. The additional parking positions can accommodate jets such as the Boeing 737-800 and Airbus A321.
